We asked Pedro Ponce, CEO of La Huella de Armstrong and President of JOVEMPA, which profiles were most needed in Alicante’s film industry.

Camera operators, assistant directors, art department…
Experienced people, people who have built up a track record because they love it, who have experimented and played around.
Because although the training at ESCAC was very good, as Pedro points out, we need more hands-on experience. You have to get out there and do it, and make it fun.
At Alicante Light Film we are going to push hard on both training and on selling and showcasing work. Our mission is to have taken big steps before the end of the year.
