What data we collect and why

We only process the data you send us through the forms on the website (contact, sending us content, production services and media kit): your name, email, company or production company and your message, together with any files you attach.

We use them to reply to you, to assess and publish the content you send us and, if you ask us to, to send you information about our services. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the privacy box before sending the form and, when you request a service, the steps needed at your request before entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need to deal with your request and, afterwards, for any legal retention periods that may apply. The forms do not store your data on the website: it reaches us by email.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To run the website we use providers who act as data processors: Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection) and Resend (sending form emails). They may process data outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

In the event of any discrepancy between this translation and the Spanish version, the Spanish version shall prevail.
