Anna Semenova on the soul of the Sol International Film Festival 2026

Anna Semenova introduced the new edition of the Sol International Film Festival in Torrevieja, a festival that keeps growing without losing something important: its closeness to people.

She told us about a project committed to connecting cinema with residents and tourists, combining an international outlook – with short films from different countries – with an identity closely tied to the area and to local talent. Because, as Anna explained, the soul of the festival is still its audience.

At Alicante Light Film we keep getting closer to the festivals, projects and people who are moving the film industry in the province and creating real spaces for cinema and culture.
